restaurant toys clean room attentive staff ground floor
The restaurant offered children's toys, a nice touch for families. I found the food great, and the value for money was appreciated. The staff showed polite attentiveness when they offered to split a meal between two plates for the babies.. It was a very considerate gesture. My room was clean, and I appreciated being on the ground floor for easy access.
I did notice a bit of traffic noise from the highway, though it was not severe enough to disturb my sleep.

great pool ample parking helpful reception
the pool was a great feature, providing ample parking spaces. a bus stop just outside the hotel offered easy access to optus stadium for the wwe event, very helpful. the reception staff gave useful information about catching the bus , as it was my first time using public transport in the area.
the air conditioning unit made a rather loud noise.

distant rooms automatic cleaning
the staff was friendly and helpful , especially amy.
i booked two rooms for my family , expecting them close to each other , but the rooms were far apart. i also asked for quiet rooms away from the freeway , but one room faced the road. room cleaning was not automatic , i had to request it.

free shuttle spacious room extra locks high price
The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus service, and it was really useful. The room was spacious. I liked the ensuite design. The shower was large and one could move around easily.
I found many extra locks on the door that gave a unsafe feeling. The price did not appear to be worth it at all.

a decent stay overall
excellent staff nice meal limited glasses missed service
the staff at the restaurant were excellent. our meal was also very nice.
The room was booked for three people, but only two glasses and cups were provided. the rooms were not serviced at all . we waited a long time for breakfast. We left because we did not receive it.

Solid stay, great value
affordable price friendly staff scrumptious breakfast
The location proved convenient I found the service friendly and the price was certainly affordable. The parking space was adequate. I appreciated the clean and fresh rooms and also the super friendly staff. We were able to enjoy a really scrumptious breakfast before check out it was great.
The outside corridor area had a noticeable smell of smoke this was unpleasant. The balcony was not nice. The shower produced a very loud strange noise which was disruptive.
